How We Can Work Together:

I offer personalized 1:1 transformational mindset coaching programs to help you get the clarity you want, find the peace of mind you’ve been seeking, and support your wellbeing and healing. This process invites you to reveal and rediscover your whole self and create alignment with all the aspects of your life – work,  relationships and your health.

Sessions are held virtually via Zoom/phone or locally in Boulder, Colorado in-person.
