Hello there,

Have you ever felt a compelling desire for change, only to find yourself overwhelmed or stuck when trying to figure out how to make it happen? I understand that struggle, and my role is to help you bridge the gap between where you are now and where you aspire to be. As a therapeutic coach, a seasoned guide, and an experienced speech-language cognitive therapist, I am here to support you on your journey towards creating a more fulfilling life, to heal and feel grounded and present.
