Schedule a game night with friends, family or even on your own. This is a frequent recommendation for my life coaching clients and therapy clients too. It is entertaining and a brain workout with no sweating required to benefit! Card games and board games are a fun way to stimulate the brain, problem-solve and address processing speed, memory, attention and word retrieval.
