This month, eat more greens. Kale is one of my favorite brain super foods but mix it up – add variety.
You can eat any greens – spinach, arugula, collard greens, chard, turnip greens, romaine, etc.
A cup or two of greens every day provides powerful brain support and will decrease inflammation throughout your body. Some ways you can enjoy your greens:
- Cook with eggs
- Add to pasta sauce
- Have a salad
- Make a smoothie
- Make tacos or sandwich wraps using romaine leaves
If you are taking medications/blood thinners, check in with your physician before changing your diet.
